HI, I’M ANGEL— A FORMER LONGTIME TV NEWS PRODUCER, CONTENT CREATOR & MIDLIFE, EMPTY NESTING, AUTHENTICITY AND PRO-AGING ADVOCATE.

I spent my life doing what was expected of me. But, after spending half of my life as a TV news, producer, I handed in my resignation and then after putting my son in college (NO ONE tells you that will be the hardest thing you ever do as a parent), I did something even more unexpected. I sold my house, gave away just about everything I had, put what I could in an SUV and moved 1,000 miles away to New York City. Some would call that a midlife “crisis.”

It’s called midLIFE.

Not midDEAD.

We are not ANTI-aging. If we were, we’d be dead.

Aging is just another word for LIVING.
